Family owned and operated since 1991...

Tony’s Place is nestled in Historic Mascoutah, Illinois just off Interstate 64.  Housed in an 1800’s building and decorated with antiques and memorabilia, Tony’s has been expanded within the original building twice allowing him to seat approximately 150 people.  Each dining area of the restaurant is unique.  The original main dining room seats 60 and has tables covered with Mascoutah history and photographs, while the bar/lounge seats 30 and has a cozy feel with its brick walls and fireplace.  Up the large staircase is the banquet room decorated with a Victorian touch and seats 60.  The room can be split with the original floor to ceiling pocket doors for smaller parties and is perfect for private parties.

Throughout the years Tony’s has become famous for its homemade pies such as German Chocolate, Butterscotch Pecan, and Apple Crumb just to name a few.  Homemade soups are featured daily on the soup & salad bar.  Customer favorites include Potato, Wild Rice and Chicken Fajita and are just a small sample of the many recipes prepared.  Tony’s Famous Prime Rib special is featured Friday and Saturday after 4:00 pm and all day Sunday and is served with home baked bread, choice of potato, and unlimited soup & salad bar.  The menu also includes many favorite entrees including Whole Catfish, Fried Chicken, and Tilapia (fried or grilled) along with sandwiches such as Reuben, Pulled Pork, and Turkey Club.  Tony’s Place also offers a full service bar and an extensive wine selection served by the glass or the bottle.

Consistency in product and food preparation along with offering good service and quality food at a reasonable price is a key factor in the success of “Tony’s Place”.
